2019年广西民族大学孔子学院奖学金招生信息(考试成绩)

为培养合格的汉语教师，促进汉语国际推广和中国文化传播，孔子学院总部/国家汉办（以下简称汉办）设立孔子学院奖学金，委托孔子学院、独立设置的孔子课堂、部分汉语考试考点等（以下简称推荐机构）推荐优秀学生和在职汉语教师到我校学习。

一、资助对象

1．非中国籍人士。

2．身心健康，品学兼优。

3．有志于从事汉语教育、教学及汉语国际推广相关工作。

4．年龄为16-35周岁（统一以每年9月1日计）。在职汉语教师放宽至45周岁，本科奖学金申请者一般不超过25周岁。

二、奖学金类别及申请条件

1．汉语国际教育专业硕士

2019年9月入学，资助期限为2年。

具有大学本科学历。汉语考试成绩达到HSK（五级）210分、HSKK（中级）60分。提供毕业后拟任教机构工作协议或相关证明者优先。

2．一学年研修生

2019年9月入学，资助期限为11个月。不录取在华留学生。

2．1汉语国际教育

汉语考试成绩达到HSK（三级）270分，具有HSKK成绩。

2．2汉语言文学

汉语考试成绩达到HSK（四级）180分、HSKK（中级）60分。

2．3汉语研修

汉语考试成绩达到HSK（三级）210分。

3．一学期研修生

2019年9月、2020年3月入学，资助期限为5个月。不录取护照上有X1、X2签证者。

3．1汉语国际教育、汉语言文学

汉语考试成绩达到HSK（三级）180分，具有HSKK成绩。

3．2太极文化

具有HSK成绩。

4．四周研修生

2019年7月或12月入学，资助期限为4周。不录取护照上有X1、X2签证者。

4．1太极文化

具有HSK成绩。

4．2汉语言+中国家庭体验

具有HSK成绩。由孔子学院组团进行报名，并事先联系我校确定在华学习计划，提前报孔子学院总部审批，每团10-15人。

4．3孔子学院专项四周生

具有HSK成绩。由孔子学院组团进行报名，每团10-15人。

三、申请流程

登录孔子学院奖学金网站，查询推荐机构，选择广西民族大学作为志愿学校；在线提交申请材料，关注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果；奖学金获得者或推荐机构与我校确认办理来华留学手续，在线打印获奖证书；我校发放录取通知书，申请者申请来华学习签证，在规定时间入学报到。

四、资助内容

孔子学院奖学金资助内容包括：学费、住宿费、生活费（四周研修生除外）和综合医疗保险费。

1．我校为学生提供宿舍，一般为双人间。

2．生活费由我校按月发放。具体标准为:一学年和一学期研修生标准为2500元人民币/月；汉语国际教育专业硕士生为3000元人民币/月。

3. 综合医疗保险费参照中国教育部来华留学有关规定执行，由我校统一购买。

五、申请材料

(一)与所有申请者有关的证明材料

1．护照照片页扫描件。

2．HSK、HSKK成绩报告（有效期两年）扫描件。

3．推荐机构负责人的推荐信。

(二)与学历生有关的证明材料

4．提供高学历证明（毕业预期证明）和在校学习成绩单。

5．汉语国际教育专业硕士须提供两名副教授以上职称导师的推荐信。提供毕业后拟任教机构工作协议者优先资助。

(三) 在职汉语教师须附上就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信。

(四) 未满18周岁的申请者，须提交在华监护人署名的委托证明文件。

2019 Confucius Institute Scholarship Program

on the purpose of cultivating qualified Chinese language teachers and facilitating the promotion of Chinese language and culture, the Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) launches “Confucius Institute Scholarship” (CIS) to support outstanding students, scholars and currently employed Chinese language teachers recommended by Confucius Institutes, independently operated Confucius Classrooms as well as some HSK test centers (hereinafter to be collectively referred to as “recommending institutions”) to study in our universitie.

l ELIGIBILITY

All applicants shall be

a) Non-Chinese citizens

b) In good Physical and mental condition, well performed both academically and behaviorally

c) Aspired to take future careers on the teaching or international promotion of Chinese language.

d) Between the ages of 16-35 on September 1st, every year. Applicants currently worked as Chinese language teachers shall not exceed the age limit of 45, while undergraduate students shall not exceed the age limit of 25.

ⅡSCHOLARSHIP TYPES AND QUALIFICATIONS

A.Scholarship for Master’s Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (MTCSOL)

Commences September 2018 and provides scholarship for maximum two academic years. Applicants shall be Bachelor degree holders, and have a minimum score of 210 in HSK Test (Level 5) as well as 60 in HSKK test (Intermediate Level). Applicants who are able to provide notarized document of the employment agreement or related proofs upon completing study in China are preferred.

B.Scholarship for One-Academic-Year Study

Commences September 2018, and provides scholarship for maximum 11 months. International students currently studying in China are not eligible.

i. TCSOL

Applicants shall have a minimum score of 270 in HSK test (Level 3), while HSKK test score required.

ii. Chinese Language and Literature

Applicants shall have a minimum score of 180 in HSK test (Level 4) and 60 in HSKK test (intermediate level).

iii. Chinese Language Study

Applicants shall have a minimum score of 210 in HSK test (Level 3 level).

C. Scholarship for One-Semester Study

Commences either in September 2019 or March 2020, and provides scholarship of maximum 5 months. Applicants withholding visas X1 or X2 are not eligible.

i. TCSOL, Chinese Language and Literature

Applicants shall have a minimum score of 180 in HSK test (Level 3), while HSKK test score required

ii. Taiji Culture

HSK test score are required.

D. Scholarship for Four-Week Study

Commences either on July or December of 2018, and provides a four-week scholarship. Applicants withholding visas X1 or X2 are not eligible.

i. Taiji Culture

HSK test score are required.

ii. Chinese Language plus home-stay Experience in a Chinese Family

HSK test score are required. Organized and applied by a Confucius Institute with 10-15 participants per group. Prior to the trip, a detailed study plan shall be made after consultation with host institutions and submit to Hanban for approval.

ⅲ. Special Four-week Program for Confucius Institutes

HSK test score are required. Organized and applied by a Confucius Institute with 10-15 participants per group.

Ⅲ.APPLICATION PROCEDURES

Online registration will be available from March 1,2019 on the Confucius Institute Scholarship website (cis.***). Please log on to search recommending institutions and Guangxi University for Nationalities, upload application materials online, track the application progress, feedback of review and admission results. Scholarship holders need to confirm with our university to go through the procedures of studying in China, print out CIS certificate online, and register at host institutions at the designated date and time as per the letter of admission.

Ⅳ.Coverage and Contents

The Confucius Institute Scholarship provides full coverage on tuition fee, accommodation fee, living allowance (four-week study students are excluded) and comprehensive medical insurance expenses.

1. Guangxi University for Nationalities provides accommodation for Confucius Institute Scholarship students. Normally 2 students share one room.

2.Living allowance is granted on monthly basis. The monthly allowance for BTCSOL students,One-Academic-Year Students and One-Semester Students is RMB 2,500 per month; For MTCSOL students, the monthly allowance is 3,000 CNY per month.

3. Comprehensive medical insurance is purchased in accordance with the relevant regulations for international students stipulated by the Ministry of Education of China.

Ⅴ.Application Materials

A.For all applicants

a) A Scanned copy of passport photo page

b) A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK and HSKK tests (within the two-year validity).

c) A Recommendation letter by the head of the recommending institutions

B.For degree scholarship program applicants

a) A certification of the highest education diploma (or proof of expected graduation) and an official transcript.

b) Applicants of the Scholarship for MTCSOL Students are required to provide 2 reference letters from professors or associate professors. Those who can provide a notarized employment agreement with teaching institutions are preferred.

C.Applicants currently worked as Chinese language teachers shall provide the proof of employment as well as a reference letter by the employing institution

D.Applicants under the age of 18 shall provide certified documents of designation signed by their entrusted legal guardians in China.

E.Applicants shall also provide additional documents required by the host institutions
