III.RecruitmentProcedures
1.自本办法发布之日起，申请者可登陆孔子学院奖学金网站（http://cis.***）注册个人账号，查询接收院校（天津外国语大学）及专业信息（汉语言文学），在线填写、提交《孔子学院奖学金申请表》（样表见附件1），同时将纸质打印件连同其它材料（见第四条）一并递交所属的推荐机构。
1.FromtheissuedateoftheProcedures,applicantsshouldlogontotheConfuciusInstituteScholarshipwebsiteathttp://cis.*** http://cis.***/,setupanindividualaccount,readinformationandintroductionofhostinstitute（TianjinForeignStudiesUniversity）andmajor（ChineseLanguageandLiterature）,completeandsubmittheConfuciusInstituteScholarshipApplicationForm(seeAttachment1)online,printouttheFormandsubmitittotheirrecommendinginstitution alongwithotherapplicationmaterials(seeArticle4).
2.推荐机构须于4月25日前将符合条件者的申请材料（电子扫描件或原件）寄达第一、第二志愿接收院校，同时将推荐人选名单（模板见附件2）报汉办备案。（第一志愿请填写天津外国语大学）
2.Recommendinginstitutionsshallsendtheapplicationmaterialsofqualifiedapplicants(e-scanningcopyororiginalcopy)tothosehostinstitutesofthecandidate’sfirstandsecondchoicesandsubmitthecandidatenamelist(seeAttachment2)toHanbanby April25th2013.(thecandidate’sfirstchoicemustbeTianjinForeignStudiesUniversity,otherwise,wecan’tseethecandidate’informationinthesystem)
3.接收院校负责审核申请者入学资格，并于5月25日前向汉办提交符合条件的奖学金留学生预录取名单（模板见附件3）。

4.汉办组织专家进行综合评审，对符合条件者授予奖学金，并于6月25日前在奖学金网站公布获奖者名单，同时经推荐机构通知申请者本人。
4.HanbanwillorganizeanexpertpaneltomakethefinalselectionandpublishthenamelistofsuccessfulapplicantsontheScholarshipwebsitebyJune25th2013,whichwillbeinformedtoapplicantsthroughrecommendinginstitutions.
5.接收院校于7月1日前将《录取通知书》、《报到须知》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）等入学材料寄达推荐机构，由推荐机构转交申请者本人。
5.Thehostinstitutes(TFSU)willpost“AdmissionNotice”,“EnrollmentInstructions”,“VisaApplicationFormforForeignerstoStudyinChina"(JW202Form)andotherrelatedmaterialstosuccessfulapplicantsthroughtheirrecommendinginstitutionsbyJuly1th2012.
3．申请陈述。须用中文介绍汉语学习背景、来华学习计划及目标等，不少于800字。
6．推荐信及承诺书。未建孔子学院国家的有关高校中文专业学生，须另附校长签发的推荐信。
7．未满18周岁的申请者，须提交委托在华法定监护人的相关法律文件。
奖学金资助内容及标准II.ScholarshipCoverageandCriteria孔子学院奖学金按资助内容包括：注册费、学费、基本教材费、一次性安置费（1500元/人）、生活费(1400元/月/人)，提供住宿、门诊医疗服务和来华留学生综合保险。录取前已在华学习半年以上者，不再发给一次性安置费。往返机票费用由学生个人承担。Scholarshipwinnersareexemptfromreg
